Today I have not only a product review, but a giveaway for you!
Skleer is an all natural product that helps to heal all sorts of skin ailments. It is a true powerhouse product. I love that it's all natural and safe for the whole family to use, even on children! This product is designed to make your skin not only look better, but feel better.
It's free of parabens, harmful preservatives, lanolin, hydroquinone, corticosteroids, salicylic acid, retinoic acid, and benzoyl peroxide. My inner nature baby loves this.
Here are just a few things that you can use Skleer for:
- Pimples and blackheads
- Itchy skin
- Dry Skin
- Skin Rashes
- Insect Bites
- Minor Burns
- Sun and Age Spots
I was so excited to use this because I have ashy elbows. Yes, white people can get ashy skin, too :P
I received a full size product which you can see above, and the sample tub below which will be great for on the go. Even the one ounce tube is very convenient.
Dry skin on my elbows and knees are my biggest issue, so that is where I've been using my conditioning gel.
I love that it's not greasy at all, and absorbs very quickly. It even has a great cooling effect, perfect if you apply this gel to a rash or a bug bite. I think this is definitely going to come in handy over the next few weeks! We are just heading into Florida's rainy season, which means mosquitos will soon be out in abundance.
I love that this has been dermatologically approved, something that most products can't boast, especially if it's all natural like this is.
After applying it steadily for several days, my elbow is crazy smooth. Today I got a cat scratch, so after I washed it up I put some of this on it and it made it less painful. I also somehow ended up with a little rash spot after playing with the dog, and this killed the itch and made the redness go down. I never planned on having to use it for so many things in one day, but now I can honestly say it tackles all sorts of skin ailments and issues!
Here we go to the fun part: the ingredients.
water, alcohol denat, eucalyptus oil, tea tree oil, hydromane (tetrahydrodiferuloylmethane), cardamom oil, caraway oil, cinnamon oil (bark), glycerin, carbomer, propylene glycol, 2-phenoxyethanol, sorbitan monooctanoate
When you open the container, you can definitely smell the eucalyptus and tea tree oils. Once you have the product on, it doesn't smell as potent as it does in the container. My ex-roomie is sitting here after I've slathered a ton on my ashy elbow and she can't even smell it. There is nothing more off putting about a product than using a product with a potent smell that stays potent after you put it on.
If you are combating dry elbows or other patches like I am, I recommend slathering it on as needed. I'm even going to start using it on my daughter, since she has chicken skin because of her dry patches. Some spots literally look like chicken skin! This is safe to use on children, so I have no fear in putting this on her.
